Baby Formula
I have a mommy question for you all.....
I just recently had to start putting Jake on formula. I was wondering if anyone has used the Target or Sam's brand of formula before. They are about half the price of the brand name formulas, but are they just as good?
I bought one can of the Target brand to try out, but I'd love input from you moms!

Hi Wendy! Yes, you can so do it..even it if he becomes a little fussy or gassy it is normal but do it..it so much cheaper..he will get used to it! Good Luck Hugs!

I never found much difference in formulas. Most of the major brands are making them for places like Meijer, Target and Sam's. If you are really concerned, compare the nutritional info. of a brand name like Similac to Meijer (or what other brand you are wanting to try.) You will see they are similar, if not identical!
I asked the Doctor about this and she told me that all formula brands have to meet the same standards set by the FDA....that made me feel much better!

This is a super late comment, but we have always used the Target brand. Couldn't help myself when it is half the price! Lately I've been using the Parent's Choice Organic from Wal-Mart and love that too.
