Coincidence

Yesterday my parents came up to hang out with Joel and I for the day. We had fun pricing out fencing materials at Lowe's, buying a tent at Gander Mountain and a few plants for our yard at Horrocks. After a great summer meal of corn on the cob, watermelon, chicken, steak and potatoes on the grill, they helped us do a bit of yard work. We needed to trim some trees and cutback some shrubs. My mom really likes to use the pruning shears --- in fact she did such a good job that about 1/2 an hour after they left the dead tree we had in the back yard fell and took out almost all of another tree. We had just had a conversation about how we needed to cut down the tree and what the best way to do it would be since it has power lines on both sides of it. Thankfully when it fell, it fell into our neighbors yard and broke their power lines. By the way, the house is vacant and under construction. So we called the Board of Water and Light and they came out and re-ran the power line. Any one need any fire wood?
